My educational background includes a Masters of Business Administration with an emphasis on Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Psychology degree. I received my virtual assistance training through AssistU, the premiere training program for VAs. My education has provided me with valuable insight into understanding human behavior and communication techniques, as well as the ability to evaluate a company's strengths and weaknesses.
